ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY :
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING :
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS. A flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders shipped throughout the United States. We do not ship outside of the U.S.A at this time.
FUTURE DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
(Not yet applicable ) For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not liable for delays in shipping once it has been received by the carrier.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
ADDRESS CHANGES:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to correct it before your order is processed.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
While we strive to ensure all orders are delivered on time, there may be instances of delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing for international orders). If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
